We offer custom ceramic water slide decals produced through a one-color silkscreen process.
Black and white are currently available as our standard colors. Additional colors may be possible on a case-by-case basis depending on the artwork and project requirements.

This print technique works well for graphic artwork, logos, and typography. It performs best on glossy glazed surfaces, but can also be applied to unglazed ceramics as long as the surface is smooth and free of texture. Because surface texture may show through the decal, we recommend test firing when working on matte or unglazed finishes.
Because each project requires review for scale, artwork suitability, and firing compatibility, orders are not placed directly through the website.
Application: For best results, apply using distilled water and gently squeegee out excess water. Allow the piece to dry for at least 5 hours before firing.
Firing temperature: Cone 015 (1450°F / 788°C)
Remove the top peep during firing to allow proper ventilation.
Lead times: Current production timing is approximately 4–6 weeks. We hope to reduce this as we continue to grow the program.
A one-time $55.00 setup fee covers preparation of the custom silkscreen used to print your design. Because each color requires its own screen, pricing is calculated per color, per screen. For pricing, minimums, and timelines, please email info@francatools.com with your artwork and project details.
Vector artwork is required for all custom decals. Files should be provided in AI, EPS, or SVG format to ensure sharp edges and accurate scaling.
Artwork is arranged on a single sheet measuring 10.25” × 15.5” (26 × 39 cm), with a printable area of 9.25” × 13.5” (23.5 × 34.5 cm). Multiple designs may be included within the printable area, provided they fit without overlapping. All prints are produced from this same arranged layout.
